Unfortunately after contacted them I was greeted by a very rude and unhelpful operator who would not discuss it with me as POA for my 94 yr old mother. I have been contacted a few times when my mother has set off her alarm and they know i am POA. Previously good service but on this occasion extremely unhelpful and rude. No supervisors available to speak to either.

United Kingdom | 27 August 2024Ordered fall alarm last year but due to our father not wearing it and forgetting to put it in charge we decided not to renew this year. Phone call to remind and when I told them I wasn’t renewing they informed me cancellation team would call. I told them no need as we were 100% not renewing (waste of over £300). I was then informed the equipment is rented !! Which I wasn’t aware last year when purchasing, anyway the cancellation team then rang me an hour later and asked would I like to transfer the contract to someone else for a £45 discount !!!! Unbelievable- only interested in money and nothing else - stay clear it’s a rip off, buy one of the phones that have an sos button on the back and they call listed emergency contacts!!!! You will only pay for usual phone and contract ! Ridiculous amount of money and the hard sell has totally put me off.

United Kingdom | 27 August 2024Got mums done last year,paid on a card ,This year they told us to pay with bacs ,we did they now have also taken payment from the card we paid on last year ,VERY UPSET... we would think they would tell you they are taking payment from the same card we paid with last year ,,Really not happy with Careline at all. The Careline365 service was really easy to set up and has both a pendant and wrist option for the device which provides options. The registration of the devices was easy and completed in a matter of minutes and we have had several accidental presses of the button whilst getting used to the device and all have been answered promptly and clearly.
