Careline365 supply personal alarms to those within the UK who are vulnerable or elderly. We are acutely aware of the challenges faced by older people. As the years advance, health issues can mean that day to day tasks become more difficult. Sometimes this can mean giving up on the idea of living independently altogether. We believe that this doesn’t have to be the way. Our mission is to help as many people as possible live safe and enjoyable later lives. That’s why we strive to offer our service for the best possible price. We also like to keep things simple. Technology need not be confusing or scary – it can have a huge positive impact on the lives of older people.

I rang my local ( staffordshire council ) care line and all I got was press 1 for this and 2 for that never spoke to a human being.... Got through to someone instantly on your number

Careline365 is a very efficient organisation Although my alarm goes off quite often at the moment as I am new to Careline365 getting used to using it the person. on the other end of the phone is always understanding, kind and empathetic

Called today to get some advice on a alarm watch for my mother in law. Very happy and reassured of the product that was ordered. Good communication and information given on whole process. Will be happy knowing that she can return home and be safe.

Jos was outstanding. His compassionate nature, ability to match his pace to me - (to help me take in information), his medical knowledge and understanding of the technical aspects was more than I could have asked for. His advice could save my life (other companies didn't check mobile reception, or go deep enough into my medical needs) Above all - he put my wellbeing first at all times and it was genuine- I would truly recommend calling this company.

Spent over and hour and a half on telephone queue, and still not been answered. Finally managed to speak to someone, who would not take the details over the phone I needed to give. What a waste of time, Please please put a message on your call system that tells customers they will be waiting a ridiculous time. Live Chat not available that was shut too. What is happening. Was told you are very busy, well get more staff to answer the calls. After all that time wasted, the man would no let me update the details. Very very annoyed.

Initially very unsure about getting a personal care alarm. I googled sites and it was a choice between you and another company. Your 4 month offer very attractive but, apart from that, i found both Sam and Miles very helpful and understanding.

Very impressed with the ease of use of the pendant device. Customer service also very helpful and easy to deal with. Exchanging the first incorrectly ordered device was easy with no fuss and a fast delivery.

Customer service is terrible, my mother in law is now living in jeopardy of all her services being cut off because I wasn't allowed to speak to the correct member of staff to set up a Direct Debit! Waited over 30 minutes for the call to be answered. Very belligerent member of staff, no help at all.

I'm really happy with the service that I received from Careline today. Jos was really helpful in explaining the various products offered and in deciding the most suitable Careline product for my mum. The application process was explained clearly and completed efficiently online. I have used Careline before and I continue to be impressed and satisfied with their service.

Absolute rubbish... if you want to waste a minimum or 16 minutes or over 26 minutes for the 'UK's favourite' to answer the 'customer care team' phone GOOD LUCK. Live chat doesn't work, equipment doesn't work but they will tell my 83 year old, partially sited mother how to fix it... that's useful. There are far, far better services around... GO THERE. 12 Feb UPDATE... Just received an 'apology'... email not a call. Totally hollow/meaningless. I was told that you are recruiting? No response to the real issues which have not been responded to. x3 emails via the 'contact us'... not one response. Someone will contact you 'soon'. This business is a communication company that doesn't communicate. It should. Its service is 'essential' for many people and MUST have the capacity to answer the phone when there is an issue that isn't triggered by activating a 'panic button'. Where is the proof that you are the 'UK's favourite'. Three calls to 'customer service team'... 19, 16 and 26 minutes on hold. Expecting 'less able' people to fix the problem. Contract now cancelled and signed up with a competitor company that answered my call within 20 seconds, a real person delivered and installed equipment within 72 hours, great experience in total contrast to this farse. This negative review could have so easily been avoided. In my experience, if you believe in and expect the level of service that you would provide, I suggest looking elsewhere. This is about people and care, sadly not enough of either.
