This was described as 60cm long , and I brought it for an adult ridgeback, so small it just about fits my 12 week old puppy , very disappointed especially as I paid an extra £5.99 to get it quickly as it's for a very thin ridgeback I rescued and is cold !!!!

My first scratching pad arrived dented and ripped. Mark was soon on the case and within 24 hours had sent a replacement with a different courier, who sent it in a box rather than a plastic bag.
