We ordered a large vision birdcage from Pet Warehouse and it was delivered in about 4 days from ordering - not bad. Unfortunately, when we opened the box the clear plastic surround on the cage was broken. Typically, it was the weekend so I sent an email to their customer support section explaining the problem and just after 8 am on Monday morning they had replied and sent out a replacement part same day. Great customer service! We received the part by the Wednesday and it's great. Would recommend.
