Good product, good value, very quick delivery Will purchace from the Pet Warehouse again

Pet Warehouse was so helpful and efficient and I got the order the very next day! With no request. They gave good advice and were so friendly. The delivery firm they use was good too. They kept me informed all the time as to where my order was and what time it would arrive. Such a difference to having to just wait in all day, all morning or arranging a helpful neighbour to accept an order.

Today visited the Warehouse . Purchased 2 harnesses and leads total for these £82.00 . Once home checked prices for the same items from here and was very sad to note the following . The web charge on their site for the 2 harnesses was £9.00 cheaper than purchasing in the store . Also over £35.00 was Free Delivery .so no cost to have it brought direct to your door . In other words if you save time and fuel by not going to the store you also save £9.00 on just 2 items . Maybe a mistake has been made so I will ring and question these points in the morning , although it shows on the net that prices are supposed to be reduced by that same amount .Making it appear that my my above comments are correct . I will update if there is any change . Especially as we have an order pending delivery when in stock .

Great website, excellent choice of products with very competitive prices. Speedy delivery and first class customer service. I had an issue with my order and have been dealing with a member of staff called Mark who has been absolutely brilliant. I can't fault the pet warehouse staff at all. so helpful and understanding, sorted my problem without any hesitation. I dealt with mark and he couldn't have been any better. I can honestly say that the pet warehouse is definitely a company I will be using again, and can highly recommend to everyone.

Ordered a hamster cage, and some other accessories from Pet Warehouse. The cage was a really good price, and came within 2 days of ordering. I wouldn't be in when the order arrived, but was able to pick it up from a nearby shop at a more convenient time. All in all I was really pleased with the service and item, not complaints at all and will use the site again.

This is the first time we have used The Pet Warehouse and the service, choice and quality of the products is very comprehensive. I placed an order over the weekend and the goods arrived with me within 2 working days, they were exactly as described and the prices were competitive too.
