Products ordered were as stated on website delivery was on time . I had a product that was out of stock but was contacted by pet warehouse to ask if I would wait for delivery the following week or would I like to cancel , that came within three days ..Brilliant service !!

I placed an order with TPW largely thanks to their competitive pricing. I was pleased to receive next day delivery even though I had only paid for standard. Through no fault of their own one part of the product had a fault. When advised customer services were very prompt to supply a replacement. No quibble, just fast and efficient service. I purchased an extra large corner cat litter tray. I own a Maine coon cat and the extra size was necessary My cat is happy with it though when using it she has to stick her head out! It has dramatically reduced odour and litter outside the tray. Delivery was by courier with a specified time and packaging excellent

Fish sticks were much cheaper from the Petshop Warehouse than other sites I have used. Arrived quickly and by using DPD I knew exactly when it would arrive, they supplied a VAT invoice with the goods as a business user this is important to us.
