We are extremely pleased with the reception when we telephoned from France, and even more pleased when the dog's cage arrived in 4 days from the UK to the Dordogne, Also very pleased that we were kept advised by Collisimmo as to the whereabouts of the parcel and even the delivery which was made within the 2hr margin they allowed themselves. speedy service the only thing missing is I requested if out to leave in porch . when it arrived I was in ,but driver said putting a label on box was not good enough and if not in he would not have left it . so you must inform delivery firm .

I have ordered various products for our dogs from Pet Warehouse. Their Woodfold Farm sausages are the only ones our dogs will eat and I have tried plenty of other makes. They are competitively priced and delivery is very fast. Highly recommended company

Great service, fast delivery and a very good price. Product in perfect condition. The only thing I could possibly complain about was that it could not be delivered to my house so I had to carry it all the way from the pick-up point (12 kilos+no arm muscles=not a good combination). Otherwise, all good, would definitely recommend to a friend.

So pleased I found this website. Fantastic range of stuff for my dog with brands that my dog loves, especially the Antos range, but I found lots of new brands too and now my dog is a very happy boy. Not only did my order arrive incredibly quickly, the harness is lovely and really good quality, an absolute bargain and the 3 bags of dog treats free of charge were a fantastic surprise. Also, the customer care was superb. I had a querie about the suitability of the food treats for my puppy and I received a reply almost instantly. By the way, I'm pleased to say my puppy loves the treats and is very well behaved when he thinks he might get one.
