United Kingdom | 29 March 2024This is an excellent online service or will be when the teething problems have been ironed out. When signing up and entering address details it is mandatory to input your the 'region/city' however, given that the site focuses on US, UK and Canada the dropdown menu only give the 14 Parishes as options. The ID document requirements suggests a range of documents will be required but only gives the option to upload ones passport, ID Card or drivers licence. At another point there is a message saying that JN Money requires a letter or authority from the sender to be able to deposit the money into the required bank account. It would be useful if a standard letter with an email address was made available. alternatively simply provide the relevant e-mail address as in no way was it obvious to me. It threw me out too many times - particularly after I had entered my bank card details which worried me a bit but there has been no obvious adverse effect. It is a good thing that staff are available (some more 'user friendly' than others) to talk with. You are going to run into issues but persevere because once you get through the setting up process it looks as if this is going to be really easy to use. Well done JN!
