United Kingdom | 01 March 2024When paying online. It is soo complicated to use. When select the option to send to an account it is asking sooo much information. When select to send to card. It ask less questions but still unnecessary. For example i am in the UK and i have an accoint in JA. It isnt allowing the UK address. Its as if it tailored to address in JA as the account is in JA. I have tested the transfer just to see if it will reflect in my account. Not happy with this at all.

United Kingdom | 25 February 2024The thing that I did not appreciate is when registering it keep asking to do you ID which is my passport and it keep on telling me that it was not clear so I did a self few times still did not go through even have a video call were I verified my passport and then I still have to find myself to the brixton office to give a copy of my passport to verified and send to the relevant person which I just think this is too much however I tried again doing the selfy picture and it when through were I was able to do a transfer and it go through but now the site is down dye to free transfer fee on Saturday and Sunday appreciate this offer.
