We bought an open box projector from F.T.and couldn't be happier that we went with this smaller company for a number of reasons. Reached a live person right away who was able to answer technical questions, give honest advice and not try to upsell us on more than we needed. He also he took the order by phone himself and delayed shipment as for a week as requested. The whole transaction took maybe 10 min. And we got a perfect projector at a very good price! (Cheaper than Amazon or Best Buy .) It was a great experience all around.

Amazing customer service! Focused Technology was one of the best companies I've worked with in recent times. We were in a pinch due to issues with projectors at our church and needed 3 projectors with very specific specs and a certain color that had been hard to find. Will worked quickly and efficiently to get us not just we needed, but he also managed to get it to us in time for our weekend services. We will definitely be a return customer!

Have ordered two times now. Both experiences were flawless. Their prices both times were better than Amazon, and the shipping was free and as fast as Amazon Prime (without the yearly fee). What else could I wish for!
