Ordering online you are never sure whether or not you can trust the service. The projector at our church stopped working and we needed one within 3 days. We called and were told it could be air-shipped and we'd have it by Friday. On Thursday, I received a call that there was a problem at the manufacturer and that the projector we ordered could not be delivered until Saturday. When I explained to Chris that we had a memorial service for a mom and grandma on Saturday that her family had been preparing a video of her life to show, he immediately said "we will get you a projector." We are located in the Seattle area of Washington State and Focused Technology is in Florida. I spoke to Chris at about 5:00 pm Seattle time and by 9:30 am we had at our doorstep a loaner projector to use. I can't say enough about the integrity and good service we received from Focused Technology. We have our new projector and the loaner is back in their hands and all is well. Our entire congregation applauded when I told them about the kind of service we received. Thank you, Chris.

Great experience We were looking for a new replacement projector screen with a motorized roll-down feature for our church and found this place close enough to us for pickup. However, the first one was a damaged unit (motor is not working). We called tech support and immediately, they replaced the damaged unit. So far we are happy with the product, a little pricey but we are happy with it (so far - we had it for 2 months - no problem). I believe we ordered a 180 H model: hopefully, it lasts at least 5 years. No problem with the return, the only thing is that we had to transport and replace the damaged unit after installing it on a high ceiling.

We have called several times with questions and each time they were very patient and helpful!!!!!

Didnt work at all. The air blower wasn't strong with this thing on and it wasn't muffled one bit. Returned the item but was charged 15% fee plus shipping. So don't buy it you will waste your money.
