I have been using Animed for about 12 months. The last order was flawed from start to finish. I placed an order on 13th December and received it on 11th January. I was asked to re-send the image of the script 4 times, my order was cancelled and refunded without my requesting that, no one knew why it was cancelled. I give a 2 week window between the medicine getting low, picking up the script from the vet and the new order arriving; plenty of time even given the Christmas break. But I ran out completely and had to purchase the overpriced meds from my vet to tide me over while my order was delivered. This all went out of the window with Animed Direct.

Service and delivery was excellent as always. Price was again the cheapest I could find anywhere.
