We received our order when you said it would arrive

This prescription drug was no longer required as the dog died on 23rd December 2024. I phoned Animed to cancel this order on 23rd as I had not received any update. I spoke to an advisor who told me they cannot refund my money of £290 due to it being prescribed drug although this order had not left the depot and was still awaiting collection by the courier from Animed premises (so no contamination had occurred with the drugs). Shameful I'm a OAP and a lot of money to loose, due to policies. There should be exceptions made for such occasions when the drugs hadnt even left their depot. Disgraceful !!

Easy to order and kept up to date on when order would be delivered

Quite slow at sending out prescription medication for my horse had to wait over a week, have used other sotes where i have received the delivery within 2-3days. Also got an email about sending the prescription over when I had already uoaded it as part of the order which was confusing and unneeded

Fast delivery

Cancelled half my order because I sent a prescription by post and a prescription by email (due to having two cats at two different vets and vets 4 pets said the prescription was only valid if sent by post). The situation should have been clear as I gave two cats set up on my account and uploaded one prescription and selected post on the order to indicate another one coming by post. They didn’t call me to email first to clarify the order and when I asked them not to cancel it was too late. Then when I emailed back to request a call as not happy about the situation I have had no response! First time using this company for pet medication and won’t use them again . Seems like instead of spending a little time to check my situation they were just lazy !

I won't be using again. Took days to be told that the prescription photo I sent wasn't suitable. Then I scanned the prescription and it took days to even begin to process the prescription. This service is no use and too slow. My dog would have ran out of medication two weeks prior if I hadn't gone back to my vet where I had to get another prescription for the medication to tide my dog over Christmas. This service just isn't worth it for the sake of saving a few pennies if animals are going to suffer without medication with the length of time it takes to get it.
