Absolutely disgraceful customer service and service overall. Do not use this company if your pet is in need of medication. I have waited 9 days (2 working weeks) and still not received my order. My cat is in pain due to the incompetence of this company and the fact they have a new website. Don't order, your order will not come. I have no refund or medication. Not even a phone call. Do not use this company. Try another I have finally spoken to a customer services rep after a 45 minute wait on call, he advised that no medication will be posted out over the next few weeks, so don't order meds if you need them as no guarantee of when they will be sent. An apology is useless, my cat is in pain needlessly because this company refused to acknowledge any of my emails or calls over the last two weeks. I still haven't received any direct email correspondence as refered to in the below reply, so apart from this reply about the negative review... thats obvioly where their priorities lie, not with customers or their pets. So do not trust this company, very unprofessional set up all round.

I needed Heart Meds for my dog. So got prescription from my own vet and made the order online. All set, or so I thought. It took so long for the Meds to come I had to go back to my own Vet and purchase a further 2 months more of the meds from them. This was a costly wait. The Meds came eventually but I am not sure when to place the next order to get the Meds in time.

New Website, can no longer find the previously submitted prescription, cannot submit the previous prescription I do not need to jump through hoops to place an order, I will be going elsewhere to order my prescriptions in future

I am a regular user of Animed so that must mean something I am really happy with the products and the service.
