Brilliant company,delivery is fast 2 days or 5 depending on what delivery service you want. My dog was recently diagnosed with pancreatitis and it was very hard for me to find the proper food I needed from any vet or pet shop, without having to order in at a more expensive price, I can order with Animed anytime and it is cheaper for me and I know my dog will never run out of food. 5*

I had a reply very soon after I had posted my advert and am pleased that I have been able to book a lady to house sit on the dates required.

Awful company, have used 3 or 4 times and every time it has taken far too long to deliver. This time, I placed an express order on 20th December. Still haven’t heard anything. They’ve now updated the website and all orders, previous and current have disappeared. Have called customer services but after holding for ages it just says they are busy and to ring back later. No response to my emails. Have now almost run out of vital heart medication for my dog and will have to arrange getting to the vets urgently for more.

Despite being 3 days over the estimated time,which I forgave due to the Christmas period. What really annoyed me was when I opened the optimmune tube, there was a noise like 'Fuft'and where I was pinching the base of the tube with my fingers,half the tube basically 'disappeared' with what must of been an airlock. So now, I'll probably have to order another one much earlier than I should have to!
