Disappointment regarding the express delivery service I paid for. Your website advertised a specific delivery date for express shipping, but the package failed to arrive on that day. Instead, it took five days to arrive—essentially the same timeframe as standard delivery, which would have cost me nothing. I was disappointed that the company did not take responsibility for the delay or offer to refund the price difference between the express delivery and standard delivery, which was approximately £3.
