Customer service terrible. Ordered 18th December as I was told would be delivered by Xmas when I placed ordered express delivery was 27th December. 23rd cancelled key part of my order leaving me unable to get from elsewhere till the New Year. Told md rest of order would be delivered did not turn up chased it fir 4 days after delivery date finally got the order 31st including part of the order I asked to be cancelled before dispatch (Xmas treats no longer wanted). Refused to refund for them. My cat who has IBD both small and large and will only and only allowed food ordered ran out despite placing an order in loads of time. My cat was very ill as a result and week on now still has really bad diarrhea again and pooing everywhere and still ill. Need something for medical reasons cannot rely on this company 4th time ordered been delayed. Express delivery is not two weeks.

Not entirely pleased with the service I received. Although I paid extra for Express Delivery, Royal Fail messed me about with delivery times. I have to say, not Animed's fault but they should use a more reliable Courier.
