United Kingdom | 06 January 2025Having placed an order 28/12/2024 for specialist food for my cat which suffers badly with IBD I still have not received my goods (now 06/01/2025) despite it being claimed to have been dispatched on 30/12/2024. In fact there is no record of the order in my account!! Really very unhappy and still no email update despite my requests to know what has happened.

United Kingdom | 06 January 2025Everything went wrong. Took a week to contact vets about a problem with prescription it was corrected on the same day and it took another week to verify prescription. Took 3 weeks to get medication. I had to get extra meds direct from vets at higher costs to cover the delays that were not followed up by Animed staff.
