The phone contact went well placing my order. The service was personal and professional. I appreciated the help I received. That would be a full star rating. When the delivery arrived the books were badly bent and mis-shaped. They had been sent in an envelope that was somewhat cushioned but not reinforced with any cardboard for stability. I put the two (nametag registry books) under a heavy stack of books for a few days and that helped straighten things out. I'm glad it worked, otherwise I'd have had to go through the rigmarole of returning them as they were too "messy" in their original state to have on my reception counter. But I give them A+ for customer service. I'm sure they would have helped solve the problem had I asked.

Very friendly and very fast service

Needed one additional name plate, called in was greeted with a friendly voice. Rep quickly located my account to view preivous orders. I had an email for proof within 10 minutes and name plate arived just a few short days after proofing.

Sent in tax-exempt paperwork the same day that she requested it. She said as soon as she got it she would ship my urgent package. 2 weeks past and I had to email her twice to tell her nothing was received. Order was never placed after the form was received. I understand mistakes happen and we are all human, but two follow up emails in order to get a response back?
