1st time ordering where someone left off. New to this. The customer service was very helpful and friendly. She was able to locate my account and even place the order for me. Seeing this was my first time I wanted to first see how this all works she was able to give me the items that was mostly used and ordered from the previous invoices. Thank you. Great products, great customer service, great turnaround time, but VERY high shipping charges.

Communication is horrible. I have attempted to reach them due to a malfunctioning ID printer multiple times (Via email/phone) and I still have not been able to talk to anyone.

Honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I'm a long time customer and have spent thousands and thousands of dollars with IDVille. Apparently they said the last charge on my account was disputed with the credit card company. I did not do it and the last 4 digits of the card used did not belong to me. They wouldn't ship me ribbon that I desperately needed until I wired them the money. I offered to pay with credit card but they would not accept. only the wire. I'll order my next printer elsewhere.

The live chat rep was Maggie R. and she was a rock star! She needs a raise :)

Turn around time was prompt.

The nameplate is well done and very quick service but the shipping and handling fee is outrageous. Costs more than the nameplate. I will be searching for another option for further purchases.
