We bought the printer and paid extra to expedite it. Printer is inoperable. We were told it was the dye film. Dye film replacement is sent to the wrong address. New film is resent. We also purchased one and had it expedited it because we were desperate for a solution. Then we find out there is an internal part missing and have yet to be anle to use the printer after 2 weeks and haven’t been offered a solution or replacement. Was so excited to get this equipment and now wish we never had.

Last Friday , I ordered a small order with a 2 day ship. I am driving to the UPS cener 45 miles away to pick it up. It would have been delivered tomorrow, Friday!! I do not consider that a 2 day ship. Yes, there was the Labor Day holiday on Monday. Reguardless, that still does not make it a 2 day ship or a charge for 2 day ship. You are shipping old school, 2day ship means I get the product in my hands 2 days later. It was an afternoon placed order, so I could see 3 days even. 7 Days later does not make this a 2 day ship.

The service was great.
