United States | 21 July 2021Software to create IDs is only compatible with Windows. There is no MacOs version. Frustrating. Have to set up a special station just for that now instead of just being able to do it from our office computers that are macs. Also had issues with initial set up. The printer would NOT recognize the ribbon.

United States | 14 July 2021I serve as the Chief of a small fire district in Louisiana. We needed to be able to print ID cards. I was familiar with ID printers from my former department. We ordered the ZENIUS CLASSIC BASE KIT. From my discussion with the sales associate, I mistakenly understood it to come with a camera and backdrop. When It arrived I was disappointed, but it was my mistake. So I ordered the camera and backdrop. The cost is $145 for the pair with the camera tripod. Let me just say, save your money, do not order the camera. The image resolution is so poor it is unbelievable. I was not aware that they made a camera in today's world with such poor resolution. The printer and software are excellent. The software is relatively easy to figure out and once you have it down it is a breeze to navigate and print batches of cards for your organization.

However IDville was great about getting the correct one shipped out immediately with no hassles. Their products are good quality. I always order through them for badge holders because of that.

United States | 08 July 2021I began working well with my Sales Rep since January 2021 on a personalized order for our company; but, in June, when it came time to discuss an essential addition to the order (which I admit was partially my error) instead of addressing the issue and discussing options with me, he just ghosted me and allowed the order to ship. I believe we could have found a work-around, but with no reply to my emails, no calls back to-date, I will never know. I now have the order that I cannot use because of this missing detail, and, must find another supplier with whom I must re-order the product correctly. Overall, I am very disappointed with the way our transaction ended, and if given the choice, would avoid using IDville again.
