Austria | 23 June 2021I ordered a IDmaker Primacy online and the order went through until i received a call saying before my order can be sent, an agent wants to talk about the purchase. He then let me know that this printer is different than the previous printer we purchased and how the rollers and cleaning kits were different. So he offered to add some type of package to my order for another 400$ and it was including multiple rollers and cleaning kits and the software. I didn't need the software and that many rollers so I declined and just took separate roller and cleaning kits. I'm glad he called to inform me about the different rollers and cleaning kits, but didnt give me the best option that would save me money. Now that I have the printer, it's been great.
