I purchased a service contract. The service technicians do not seem to know how to make my printer work. When I ran out of ribbon it took a week to get a reorder. I paid for 2-day shipping. I am still waiting to hear from tech support in France.

Very easy to order from and my items were in stock. I had my initial order delivered within 4 business days. I felt shipping was a bit high in price and the website customer service did not reply to a question about adding an item to my order. I would like to see IDville carry a better variety of their inventory - I'd likely order more since it is convenient to get my items from one supplier.

You have to find a different way to ship things to Alaska. USPS Flat-Rate boxes, Ground shipping with USPS, anything but what the rate is now.
