Sales rep is hard to contact and takes forever to respond. Asked him to change our "ship to" address. He confirms its been changed and yet the package was delivered to the wrong address still. Once it arrives, the sequence was double printed at another of our facilities and will have to be sent back to be reprocessed for a new sequence not in use.

Product is just what I needed to hold my work IDs. RFID blocking is very helpful in keeping data on the card safe. I would give five stars, but the location where clips are attached are limited to what can fit. But otherwise, it's function to my needs works.
