Every time I place an order for my company, the order takes a very long time to process and deliver. I often need to send follow up communications to get updates on my orders. The company used to be very responsive, however now it is not at all. I will be looking to source my orders elsewhere.

Great Transaction with no concerns. The only minor complaint was the coupon that was sent with my order. I received the my order on 3-30-2021 and the $25 coupon expired on 3-31-2021.

I'd give a 5 star but since it was the same problem as before and repair only last 5 months. It appears first time only cleaned rollers, even though I had cleaned, when I thought they were replacing them. This time supposedly they replaced rollers. So hopefully id machine will last longer than 5 months.
