Overall the process was pretty good. The customer service was great; they, like many others, are experiencing staffing shortages which did impact the turnaround time. Couple things - we ordered with a PO and received an invoice for the software we purchased but not the ID printer, and the package we ordered was supposed to come with a backdrop but did not. I'll be following up on these things. Just adds a little extra time.

Our last order of lanyards, that we just started using, we noticed that we did not receive the badge reels. We had some on site, so we are using them. We have also have had a big turnover in reps and it has been tuff ordering more product. Product is good but the process is very cumbersome.

We placed this order for an ID Maker Edge 2-Sided Card Printer as a replacement for an older model. From our initial contact with IDVille, our interaction was very positive and helpful. The sales rep was knowledgeable and friendly throughout this transaction. He maintained communication via phone calls and e-mail. Because this particular unit was unavailable at our initial contact, the rep gave us an inventory update and a shipping date. We were kept updated up to shipping and tracking until the new unit arrived. At our initial contact, the rep found our account information for our order from 2015, updated it and we were able to place this new order without any issues. Our overall experience with IDVille has once again been positive and smooth. The shipping was on time and tracking was also helpful. Overall, this entire transaction was very positive and we would recommend IDVille to other agencies.

I ordered an item at 5pm on a Monday, then received a coupon to my inbox the next morning which would have been perfect. I called and spoke to Tiffany who assured me that was no problem and they would adjust the order. I just had to call back after receiving my invoice number to get the credit. I called on Weds, and a very nice man who's name I didn't catch helped me to get right back over to Tiffany, who then finalized the credit transaction. It's very rare to contact a company and be able to speak to the same CSR twice! Love that. Both of your CSRs were very personable, cheerful and went above and beyond. Thanks for everything!

This was my second purchase from IDville. The fist went very smooth but this order topped that. I needed 42 items and at the time of the order it showed they only had 23 in stock. The rest were back-ordered and it would be a couple of weeks before they would be in . I let them know that was fine and to ship when they had all of them. It was 2 days after the order was placed and I had all 42 on my job site. Not sure how they pulled it off but that's great customer service.
