This was my 2nd time placing a call for an order. The rep was very helpful. She gave me pricing and then a grand total. I did not have the card on my and had to go get it and she offered to hold on while I get the payment method ready. The process of calling to place an order was easier for me than going online to place the order. All she needed was my client number and she was able to add my name to the packages so they would come directly to me. Thank you.

The product is fine, but I despise that any order placed online will be put on hold until you get on the phone with a rep. If I hit the buy button, what I don't need is to schedule a phone call. I already own three, which is clearly visible in my order history. I don't need to be asked if I forgot to buy replacement toner or cards.
