Order shipped and arrived in a timely manner. Product quality good, but shipping packing left something to be desired. Product was shipped in a padded envelope which was likely crushed during shipping. The product wasn’t damaged, but the box containing the ink roller was damaged and crushed. When I opened the envelope all of the parts were loose in the package. Now sits on my spare supply shelf held together with tape.

After 6 month delivery delay. Shipping notice was for wrong tracking number and still don't have the product or know when it is going to be received.
