The kit arrived with no fitting instructions. But it was easy to figure it out. The fitting instructions were sent when I told them they were missing. The kit has solved my problem now.

The order process was simple ,the goods arrived the next day ,very efficient. Good service .

The replacement tap was broken when I received it and there were no fitting instructions. The company apologised and replaced the faulty tap without hesitation. I didn't even have to return the faulty tap.

Great to be able to replace parts these days modernised service valve instead of saddle valve, cartridge just to the right as you open cupboard door.
