Had a Pureflo tap and filter system for some years and hope to keep it for many more. The initial fitting was easy and there were no problems when transferring it to a new kitchen. Ordering replacement cartridges from the website is so easy and delivery prompt. Actually fitting the replacement cartridges is straight forward. I highly recommend Pureflo.

Just received my order 11.45 am Saturday that I ordered 10.00 am yesterday (Friday). Not quite sure how Pureflo managed that. A pity all the other companies I deal with can't do something even close to this.

Usually happy with service but unfortunately my most recent order, despite adding a different delivery address as I had ordered on behalf of my father, item was delivered to my address in error. Not a huge problem, just a small annoyance!

Wanted filter cartridge. They supplied promptly. I received. Can't say much more!!
