the pureflow water filter is an excellent benefit to any kitchen. but nt when you change bthe block and then it leaks! Ordered the new 1/4 ins adapators which arrived quickly and hey presto back to normal in 10 mins.Thank you. Malcolm

This was our first order having moved to a hose with a pureflow system. The website was a little confusing but we managed after a time. However although we had confirmation of the order we were not told which courier system was being used or the date of despatch. Both pieces of information would have been useful. Nevertheless we will be ordering again in the future. Thanks
