Wonderful and brilliant service

My old filter tap had started dripping, so I ordered a new one (online order, as at the time, they were having problems with switching to new phone numbers and I never got a call back). As I would expect with this company, the new tap arrived (postage free) within a couple of days, and now I have fitted it, all is working well. Of all the filters, casings, taps etc. I have bought from Pureflo, I have always been happy with their level of service, and would always to recommend them.

Been using this company for many years now, for my supply of filters and had a problem with the old filter holder not taking the new slightly bigger ones. The next day there was a new housing on my doorstep, many thanks for the good service.

Pureflo water filters in my opinion are top, I have been using them for over 15 years without issues and with great tasting water. We live in a very hard water area and without these filters, our water is almost undrinkable. 5 star customer service. One of my purchase was broken on arrival, I emailed Pureflow and got an immediate response and the promise of a replacement. I received the replacement the next day, very impressive! Added to that, the product is excellent giving lovely drinking water with no trace of chlorine etc.
