Having used Pureflo filters for some 20 years, fitting them to clients properties and my own, this is the first time I feel slightly cheated, I ordered two filter for £24 and was charged £28, I won't be ordering direct again and will be advising my clients likewise

There is no communication between the seller and the customer. I didn’t know when I will receive my order as there was no message to say: estimated shipping time XY. When I received my order it turns out that the canister I have is not compatible with the filter. Kellie has kindly offered to send me a new canister. That was over a month ago and I haven’t heard from anyone or received anything. Emailed Kellie a week ago but still no response. I’m sure the product is great but customer service needs improvement.

I have been using Pureflo water filters for a number of years,much better to use thiss system than plastic bottles, easy to replace and would not be without this water filter system, The website is easy to navigate and tells you all you need to know.
