Can not fault product or service. I love the reminders to change my filter because without them I would forget. This time I have had the filter with the limescale reduction so time and my kettle will tell. I definitely recommend the company and products.

I needed to replace the my domestic water filter. Pureflow supplied an exact replacement for the filter and I decided to upgrade the plastic housing to the latest model which includes the built in watertight connections. All supplied very promptly and working well so far.
