I was delighted with DCTUK. For the prompt help in getting the carpet tiles to me. Even when I miscalculated and needed three more ,tiles they were so helpful and I got tiles promptly again.

Very friendly service, good website and brilliant selection. The samples were dispatched quickly, and very pleased with my purchase. Would have liked to give 5 stars, but didn't get update on the delivery date as promised...the tiles were still delivered promptly though!

This has been a good experience. Received carpet tile samples promptly. The delivery service was fine with delivery time being notified to me in advance and the tiles arrived promptly. The quality of the carpet tiles was excellent - laid them in a smallish bedroom - they look as though they will last a long time and look good too.

As a fitter who contracts to yourselves I found the service and speed from order to delivery exceptional . Deffonatly recommend you to others and use you again

Very helpful from start to finish. Pleased with how easy it was to order the exact amount of tiles I required and not have to buy full boxes. Ordered late Friday afternoon and delivered Tuesday. Excellent service.
