Quick delivery and quality of product as per sample for the most part. A few of the tiles had dented corners, which made aligning the tiles a bit more tricky. Consider placing more padding in the shipment box to protect the corners?

First class service throughout and the product looks great now it is laid. Only complaint was the state of ther boxes when delivered, all broken and one missing all together but no shortage on the materials.

Some initial confusion between 2 websites around what was in stock and the best possible price. However after a phone call the stock issue was resolved and after minimal haggling we were offered the best possible price which was very good value in my opinion. The tiles arrived in two vans hours apart and with no paperwork. The delivery was in fact correct but some paperwork would have been useful if there had been a mistake.

I had first class service from Heather at all times The carpet tiles were delivered on time and were as described in addition to which were 30% cheaper in price than "special offer " for similar tiles from local contractor.

Easy to order, and kept informed both by email and text of the delivery. I was given the window of one hour on the delivery date, and they came exactly on time. If I need further flooring, I will use DCT again.
