I can't fault the timing of the delivery service but the carpet tiles could have been packed better. approximately half the tiles were delivered in a big box rather than the original boxes the tiles come in, this resulted in several of them having crease marks in them. I have now laid them flat in the hope that the creases will disappear when I fit them but only time will tell? I also thought that the £14 delivery charge was slightly steep IMHO!

Carpet tiles ordered 8/3/17.Invoiced for tiles,then received e-mail to say that not enough in stock to fulfill order.Had to change order to Heckmondwike Array carpet tiles.(Red).Tiles received the next day direct from Manufacturer.

The delivery was very prompt. The quality was excellent.

Friendly staff but I was expecting a confirmation email a bit sooner with an estimated delivery date, took a few days. Delivery was fast, and a text with an hours delivery time, however the packaging was ripped on every corner and some of the tiles damaged. Luckily we managed to use them for the cuts. I know the delivery company throw packages around, but to prevent damage corners should be better protected.

Just brilliant. Advised us on samples (v quick delivery) then spoke with my wife around colours and textures. Allowed us a few extra samples over and above the call of duty then swift delivery once ordered. Could recommend the service more.

The delivery 10 days from order - I did ring after a week to check estimated delivery date. I was impressed with how they seem to know all about my order - DCTUK own supplier had not filled order as requested. This aside the order took just 8 working days which is good compared to others. The price I paid was very good. I will order from them again.
