Promptly despatched samples of carpet tiles we were interested in. Before they despatched them we rang and changed one of the colours but unfortunately this request was not acted upon. Other than that hiccup service as regards price, delivery packaging were all first rate.

Purchased some residual stock carpet tiles after very helpful telephone conversations with DCT before placing the order. Delivery was fast and received tiles before they were needed. Now that all else is finished the tile should be laid in a week or two. Could be tricky as the space is circular.
