I am still waiting for my tiles. Must be 3 weeks since I ordered at which point delivery was promised on specific day in the next week. Stayed in specially but got message from delivery company to say hey hadn't received delivery of my order. Queried situation with Discount tiles, who told me they were out of stock. Might I suggest that when I placed the order Discount Tiles could have indicated this before I went ahead with the order and they presumably took the money from my PayPal account. Very disappointing internet order.

Ordered £1000+ worth of tiles on 4th Jan, then nothing, chased on 23rd Jan to be told they were out of stock. They could send another colour so agreed to this. They then sent the 'in stock' tiles to another delivery address not the one on the original - addresses are 200 miles apart and had to pay fitters for a day to do nothing......

The tles we ordered are not quite the colour we thought they would be but they look good all the same! When I phoned to enquire about the delivery the staff were very helpful. Would definitely order from DCT again.

Delivery date was as advised and then later changed. Gave me small problem changing my arrangements. Otherwise Ok. Tiles were as expected and good value.

We wished to re-carpet quite a large room in our house and ordered the tiles, after receiving a sample quickly sent for us to approve. We were pleased with the quality of the tiles, so much so, that we decided to send for some more tiles (in a different colour) to update a small study. We also received these quickly and it would be difficult to fault the service we received for both orders. We do recommend this company from our experience.

From requesting samples to the receipt of my order everything went according to plan. I was impressed with the speed of delivery bearing in mind my order was placed just before Christmas - a very busy period. The two parcels were very securely packed and the carpet tiles were in perfect condition. Any future carpet tile orders will be passed through this company. I recommend this company.

Received my carpet tiles!

I ordered 15 tiles for home use and received them in the advertised 3 day window in good condition. I got a good price, and the tiles themselves were easy to cut and fit. The only reason it's not a 5 star review is that I couldn't specify a particular delivery date/time

The first delivery was written off due to a road accident so there was a bit of a delay but the second consignment arrived with a text to let me know it was on its way Good product no issues
