Purchased Huega tiles for flat in France- cheapest on the internet. Service was excellent, delivered within 2 days by courier, I had unfortunately ordered the wrong colour (my fault). The tiles were changed without problems, I very rarely take part in reviews but made an exception in DCT's case

Had a major crisis came home to find puppy had eaten flooring. Rang to see if I could get a match for a carpet tile from a previous project I had from this company. Found match in minutes. Delivery next day, Result new flooring down and room restored back to normal in 24 hours. Thanks to the helpful friendly staff and a great hardwearing product.

Initially, I visited retailers in Leicestershire to obtain quotations for the supply / fitting of 7 boxes of Burmatex Tivoli 50 x 50mm carpet tiles for use in a high traffic area of our home and new extension. High unrealistic prices were quoted and after obtaining samples from DCTUK I placed an order. The price paid was between £300.00 - £500 cheaper excluding fitting charges. The most surprising aspect of the purchase was the next day delivery. Incredible service by extremely competent helpful staff. A rare thing in this day and age. Most of my problems were with the Transport people rather than Discount Carpet Tiles, other than I was not notified of any despatch details. I placed my order on March 18th 2016, the goods were dispatched without notification, so dpd tried to deliver them on the 22nd when I was out. I phoned dpd on 23rd and told 2 packages of 3 were on a van to me and the third would be on a van still to leave. The two arrived ok as promised but the third did not turn up, so rang again in the evening of 24th to be told package had been delivered to wrong address and a van was collecting them. Phoned morning of 25th (day before Good Friday) and was told package would be delivered around Lunch time, no delivery, so rang dpd again to be told I had signed for all the packages on the 23rd. Phoned Discount Carpet Tiles who contacted dpd who indicated package would be delivered on 27th, still no delivery, Phoned dpd 1st April to be told package would be delivered that day and guess what it was.

Purchased Heuga carpet tiles, competitively priced, competently packaged and prompt delivery - sorted.

DCT answered all my questions ~ I made a purchase and 24 hours later the tiles arrived. You can't improve on that. I was so impressed that I accepted their invitation to become a part time Carpet Tile Toe Tester. If you contact them ask them about being a CTTT and they may invite you too.
