The carpet tiles were the best prices I could find on the internet. Ordering was easy and they came safely packaged and much quicker than expected.

These people just don't take no for an answer. After sending my free samples they proceeded to bombard me follow up phone calls to make me buy from them. I blocked the number, then they phoned from a different number. The email spam is 10 times worse. Clearly their 'unsubscribe' link is just for decoration. Three emails TODAY alone. A company that clearly has no respect for their customers wishes.

Good service from the company, however improved delivery information ie, time slot on the day of delivery would further enhance the overall performance.

Very friendly, helpful lady on the phone who took my order. My lime green and purple tiles arrived promptly with no issues. I also bought adhesive which worked brilliantly. Now I've cheered up a really drab office with a bright lively chequered pattern, making it a fun place to work in 😄

Recently ordered some tiles for my garden room and gave all the measurements to the company. However when the tiles arrived there were not enough which incurred more costs as I had to order more tiles and employ a carpet fitter for another day...another £120.00. Although the company gave me free delivery I feel they could have re-imbursed some of the costs of the tiles as they had calculated the amount of tiles needed and the error was down to their calculations.

I ordered the tiles after excellent service with Janine in Sales- we needed the tiles quite quickly. However there was a delay with the tiles leaving Holland and my delivery was pushed by a week which was a nightmare. After a few frantic calls, James and the team managed to get my tiles delivered on the day they were needed for! The tiles look fantastic and I couldnt be happier- the team definitely went the extra mile!
