After discussion with the DCT team I ordered tile and, subsequently underlay tiles to help with sound/insulation and comfort. They all arrived very promptly and were not difficult to cut and lay. The result is very pleasing.

Ordered my carpet tiles on the sunday, recieved email to say will be delivered tue, rearranged that to wed as i wouldnt be in. Wed came, but no delivery, rang about it to be told i would get a call friday with a delivery time, ended up making the call myself, only to be told i would get my delivery on monday, and i would get a call with the time again. I rang on the monday to be told " you wont believe this, your order is on its way back to us". would get a new delivery on tue or wed. Was very sorry and would refund my delivery charge of £22. Hummm, still waiting for the refund.This was my first and last time ordering from this company, in fact i have already gone elsewhere and ordered close to 1000 carpet tiles that i would have ordered if i hadn't been messed about. Yes i may have only ordered 150 tiles to start with, but i had every intention of coming back to you for the rest.

I brought 200 tiles recently and had an excess of just 28 i wanted to return. I saw on their site they ad an easy refund policy so i rang up to ask how i go about getting a refund. The sales assistant put me on hold to 'speak to his manager' and the manager said i would be charged £14 for the tiles to be sent back and refunded. Bearing in mind i only paid £26 shipping charge for 190 tiles, i don't know how £14 could represent a shipping charge of £14. i personally feel they plucked this number out of the air to put people off getting a refund. i won't be shopping here again.

From sending several samples promptly to a speedy delivery, I can't fault them! A lovely lady phoned me to check I'd received all my samples and immediately emailed quotes on the ones I was interested in, and when I decided and ordered I received the adhesive next day and the tiles the day after that. The quality of the tiles was excellent and they laid nicely so my shop now looks fabulous. I looked round at prices and they were cheapest every time. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Discount Carpet Tiles!

The tiles I purchased are a quality product at a reasonable price. The ordering on line was simple and straight forward. Delivery was quickly arranged but due to domestic problems on the day before it was due I had to rearrange the date. A quick text message to the carriers solved the problem and the tiles were delivered at my convenience. Overall excellent experience both with the seller and the carrier.

The samples of carpet tiles ordered came very quickly. The sample book from Interface had a different set of colourways from those shown on the discount carpet tiles website but nothing was too much trouble for Angela who sorted my order for me and delivered the tiles I wanted from the sample book. The order then arrived direct from Interface within the delivery time specified.

I sought carpet tiles of very good quality to replace oak faced laminate I fitted about 12 years ago in my lounge and hallway. The laminate joints were becoming visible due to flexing, and the flooring was noisy; a great disadvantage in a flat. Having found several variations on the Internet, and price comparisons, I decided to go with Discount Carpet Tiles. They were 3/4 the price of most, and some would not deliver to my Norwich post code. The company proved fast and efficient, and I am delighted with the finished result. Even my underestimation when ordering was easily resolved with a second order to complete. Also, the delivery charge is proportionate to weight on a sliding scale, and is not excessive. Add to that the special offer discount which was applied to both orders, thus a bonus saving was achieved. I saved over £100. The cat likes the flooring too! It's quiet, attractive and expensive looking. So happy I chose this company.

High level of customer Service from point of order to delivery

There was a wide range of tiles available in the colour I wanted. I eventually went for a low-cost tile but was pleased to find that the quality was excellent and the cutting very accurate. The tiles were delivered very speedily. This is a far better product than those sold in the sheds at higher prices. I will be using the company again for future rooms.
