The experience dealing with the Discount Tile Centre from ordering samples to receiving the final order was without a dought exceptionally good, would recommend to anyone. Shall certainly use them again if I need to carpet tile another room. Thank you,

The Nouveau collection looks and feels good in situ. An economical alternative to more expensive Heuga ranges. DCT provide helpful and cheerful telephone contact with a real person. Refreshing in the days of Press 1 for this, 2 for that etc...... Samples arrived quickly and assisted in deciding both colour and range. After selection they make good coasters for your coffee cup!

Recent delivery was a bit annoying delivery was good but UPS driver was impatient just wanted to drop and get away before i could check them, also no delivery note which doesn't help to check the quantities etc, otherwise ordering was good and prompt delivery

Ordered in the afternoon delivered next day but one (after cutoff point for next day delivery) exactly as described very good quality you will require heavy duty cutting blades as the the bitumen backing is far better grade thn you will find in diy sheds . Througholy reccommended.

Very pleased with speed of delivery but correspondence was rather slow. In that I was asked if liked the samples and was given a discount voucher to use after I had placed my order. So I appear to have missed out.

Customer service was very helpful, very quick to respond and gave good advice. Unfortunately, the stair nosings I ordered were all cut to the wrong lengths and the wrong way, despite providing detailed drawings. Fortunately they were all too long so I was able to get re-cut by fitters, however I have wasted DCTs cutting fee and have no doubt had slightly increased costs from fitters. Overall though, customer service was excellent and the products are good.

I found DCT excellent people to deal with so much so that they provided almost a personal service with special mention of Nichola. I am also pleased with the product. All in all I would recommend them to anyone.

Ordered tiles on 11th May arrived 18th May, I would have thought a next day service seen as though the pro forma said "Delivery ND" and got charged £14. When the tiles arrived we found that there wasnt any adhesive tacs to stick to the floor which we had also ordered. After contacting customer support I was told they were out of stock and will be with me on Friday 22nd May. No one had even bothered to let me know when I ordered the tiles, which they would have known. So from the 11th May - 22nd May I have still got a pile of tiles I cant do very much with.

Ordered a pallet of mixed tiles. Was told that there would be 12, max 15 colours, when they arrived there were 60, and a lot of singles!!! The corners on 25% of them were bent and they promised to send more but they never did. Bad attitude. Caused a lot of hassle, we had to pay the fitters twice as they were booked in and had to order more tiles. However, if you want to carpet you garage, go ahead.

Good value and quality.Good to be able to buy exact amount one needs rather than packs. Will defiantly use again. Only minor quibble, when asked if any instructions for delivery I put to leave in shed which was accepted, but should have said signature would be required. This is not meant as a complaint, just a comment.

Carpet sample within one day. Tiles delivered day after ordering. This is brilliant service and we recommend both company and product.

I found this company via google. Asked for samples and was telephoned by company prior to receipt. I tried to order on line but my internet was a problem. Company phoned me next day having seen problem themselves and sorted it out there and then. Tiles odered and delivered speedily. This is a company I would be happy to recommend. I am waiting for decortators to finish before laying tiles but quality is excellent.
