First time booking with Logitravel.thou cruise 4 times last year...excellent service from Iris Very professional and very knowledgeable on The MSC cruise programme..would definitely contact her again. Once I made the booking I asked Iris to contact 3 other couples to also make bookings to join us..

I cannot rate Iris high enough, she had the patience of a saint in dealing with me. Living in Spain I mistakenly thought I was in contact with Logitravel in Spain which made making the payment difficult for me but she helped me realize the payment to a bank in Spain. Thank you Iris!

Avoid at all costs. I booked a family holiday with logitravel at great expense. The room our family was given had a huge security concern due to an open door to an adjoining room which also had people in it. The room was dirty and had broken bathroom fittings. They expected my teenagers sleep in the same bed and when i said this was not an option i was told there was nothing they could do. I told them i would sleep on the tiled floor for a week. At that point they agreed to move a tiny fold up bed into the room which then meant the door to the terrace could not be opened. I was about 1 foot longer than the bed so i could not sleep properly I took photos, informed Logitravel immediately and nothing was done I have been in constant email contact with them for 10 weeks. They have ignored most emails and refused to supply information i requested Today they emailed me to say the case was closed They are the worst holiday operator and i would never advise anyone to book with them ________________________________ I have just been asked to provide a booking number so that they can review what happened. This goes to show the incompetence of this company as i have been in contact communication with them and they are fully aware of what happened, the disgraceful accommodation and they took the money and closed the case!! ________________________ I have already received a final email from LogiTravel confirming that you have investigated and closed the case ________________________ I have just received an email from Logitravel. They said "at no time you were denied the service and you were provided with what you contracted without any problem" So their view is that if you book a holiday through them, you should expect the same horrible holiday that me and my family endured ___________________________ My booking reference is 949080883 If my holiday is refunded in full, along with an apology and that Logitravel will put measures in place to protect future customers then i will be happy to amend my review ___________________________ I missed 1 call from logitravel and thr other was at 22:30 which woke my family I was in constant email communications The queue at reception was always between 1h and 2h and i informed logitravel of this. I ask logitravel to contact the hotel directly as you were responsible for the booking There was an open door to the adjoining hotel room which posed significant security risk but nothing was done. The shower was broken and nothing was done I have all photographs and email communications. Again, if a potential customer is happy with your response then i am sure they will book a holiday with you. But i am sure anyone reading this would have doubts about doing so. I have asked on at least 5 occasions for the contract details for the company president but that has been ignored each time. I have also asked for details of the organisation that regulates their business on at least 5 occasions. Those have also been declined Regards

We were pleased to have Iris handle our cruise bookings. The swift response to questions pre booking, made the process easy for us, and queries post booking were similarly swift. It actually encouraged friends to book the same cruise at a later date. Iris managed to get them on the same deck just a few doors away.

From initial enquiry to final booking agent Iris was absolutely fantastic …. very patient , polite and clearly having great knowledge of the cruise industry. Hi My experience of Logitravel, first time of using. Explained what we wanted to Iris, came back with the perfect option to suit our requirements, Price was great, Give them a try. I can only say, Iris is very clued up on what is required to provide a great service. Only Issue is that customer service needs some additional staff or investment. This is no reflection on the service we got from Iris. We have booked the Cruise.

This is the second time I have used Logitravel to book a cruise holiday. I used the website to hold a room and then a few days later emailed and the agent who contacted me back, Iris, was extremely helpful and friendly and dealt with my booking with speed and professionalism, she even linked my booking with a friends booking to make securing the same table at dinner was made easier and one person (me) can manage both bookings for all the additional extras we want. I would recommend Logitravel to friends.

This company are the most unprofessional company I have ever had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with. Failed to return any call, deal with email and the English is beyond bad to the point they can't speak clear English. Failed to deal with a complaint and now blocked me on the phone to call them after failing to reply to emails Complete lies on the complaint now to claim through small claims court as a bunch of cowboys

Reference: 955529499 Booked flights with Logitravel on June 20th to travel July 17th (outbound) with RyanAir and July 25th (inbound) with TAP. About one hour after making the booking I received email confirmation of both flights. Outbound - not a problem, received my e-ticket and flew with RyanAir. Inbound - Oh dear! Given my return flight was the following day, I called Logitravel on July 24th to find out when I was going to receive my e-ticket. I was informed it will arrive later that day. Despite my best efforts I couldn't get anything more definitive and so enquired, until what time I could get phone help should it still not have arrived. What I then received was a terse 'it will arrive later that day'. Just over an hour later I received an alert to login for an update. Upon doing so I was informed that due to a 'technical issue' I would not be on the flight they had previously confirmed and offered me an alternate the following day. The only reason I know this is because I'm chasing them! I called Logitravel to find out what was going on, only to be met with an individual who informed me 'they were just customer service and were unable to tell me'. They would get someone to call me straight back. An hour later, I finally got a call. Obviously, no explanation as to what this 'technical issue' was or why it happened, but somehow they'd managed to get me a seat on a later flight on July 25th and just needed me to accept the change and then they would process. Wow! What they didn't know was I had already checked in for that flight. I called TAP directly and they were able to provide the kind of assistance that is way beyond the remit of Logitravel. They got me a seat and also explained what the 'technical issue' was. It transpires that Logitravel had only provisionally booked my original flight, they had not confirmed it with the carrier - confirmation is standard practice else deemed as no longer required. This will be despite my receiving the confirmation notification from Logitravel. So, had I not chased Logitravel and merely turned up at the airport with my booking reference, I would have found I was not booked on any flight. Nice one, Logitravel. What have I learnt? Avoid Logitravel like the plague but if you insist on using them, don't believe a word they say.

I’m sure they are a legit firm but it took me over a week to make contact with anyone and it wasn’t for the lack of trying! The online chat did not work & no-one answered the calls. I did eventually get in touch today to cancel my holiday, the agent asked for my bank details which I provided to have the deposit refunded, only to realise instead of cancelling the holiday, he had charged my card for the holiday balance (nearly £800) thankfully a bank notification came up on my phone straight away so I was able to challenge him, he did not apologise, just said he’d pass it over to finance to get them to sort it over the next few days. Terrible customer care and awful services, it has taken all afternoon to sort waiting for call backs, calls being disconnected from them etc - I will now incur bank charges as they report it may take 5 days for my money to be returned to me and I still have to pay a cancellation fee meaning no deposit returned even though it’s over 5 months until the planned trip … I won’t be trying these guys again!
