United Kingdom | 13 July 2023Badly run site accidentally cancel my booking by mistake they kept my money wouldn't book me back into the hotel I had cancelled customer service was very slow at replying to emails and hard to get hold of on the phone please avoid!

Ireland | 30 June 2023I booked a MSC cruise holiday with Logi travel back on 23-11-22. I made a booking for the MSC Seaview ship, departing Barcelona on 22-7-23, for 7 x night's. We are 2 x adults & 2 x teenager's. I booked interconnected, balcony cabins, on deck 11 - midship. (Fantastic Experience). on paying my deposit i was told that the cabin numbers we had picked were now block booked for us. On logging into our MSC app on the 22-5-23, we noticed our cabin numbers were then completely changed & not interconnected, to what we booked. I contacted Logi travel with my concern & issue with this. On awaiting to hear what was being sorted on the matter. On logging in again on the MSC app on 7-6-23 we noticed cabin numbers had been changed again for a second time & still not interconnected. Any of these changes we would not have known of, if we were not checking on the MSC app. I got onto Logi travel again to let them know they had changed again. on the 21st June the cabin numbers had changed again for a third time now & not interconnected still! as of today 28/06/23 Logi travel has still not sorted the problem. We booked interconnected cabins so as a family we would be together for our cruise & supervision & safety would be maintained with our Teenagers. I am very disappointed & feel let down by Logi travel, that this has happened to us & that it is taking so long to get it sorted out!! it has taken all the excitement & looking forward to our trip away from us. I would really appreciate if Logi travel could get this sorted for us ASAP & get our original cabins & booking changed back to what we booked. I look forward to a positive outcome on this matter. United Kingdom | 22 May 2023Worst experience ever, paid back in December 2022 for a hotel. Got to hotel in 11th May 2023, not been paid. Had to put down another payment on my credit card directly with hotel till they get paid. After so many calls, they did not pay the hotel. Luckily I paid by credit card so got a refund from my credit card company on 17th May. Avoid this company, their customer service team are so useless.

She was very helpful, kind & gave great advice on all my queries. She was at the end of an email whenever I messaged & couldn't have been more helpful. Also Logi Travel.co.uk was the cheapest around - I priced numerous other travel sites for the exact same cruise & ye were by far the cheapest! Thank you.

United Kingdom | 12 March 2023This is the last of 3 reviews I have posted regarding the awful experience we had with Logitravel in our trip to Egypt on December/January 2023. On the 5th day of our 8 days tour, we visited the pyramids, the tour was not in English because despite being booked in that language none of the guides spoke it but we decided to go at least for taking pictures. At 12:15pm a group of 10 people including us were ready to return to our hotels as we were not taking the afternoon tour to Sakkara and other sights. The guide gave instructions to the driver and He left, we started our return to our hotels apparently, a journey that normally takes 20 minutes to maximum 30 minutes. After nearly 1 hour and 30 minutes we couldn't understand were the driver was taking us but clearly it was not the way to the hotels, we tried to talk to him but he didn't speak any other language apart from the local one, we were very stressed, powerless, worried, hungry and thirsty. We used the 24H chat again to try to find urgent help, we were expecting Logitravel to contact one of the guides to call the driver and ask for an explanation of what was happening instead we received a completely innappropriated answer saying " in response to your query, we inform you that the contracted circuit is in group, it is not a private service, which is why it has a marked route, in which there are more passengers and hotels before yours ". Really?, didn't the person who answered that query understand our distress?. In the meantime the driver continue the route to an unknown location to us, after receiving that answer we asked the driver to stop and we communicated with him using the translator in our phones explaining that he supposed to take us to our hotels, he finally managed to contact a local guide nearly 3 hours after we started the journey and just when we nearly reached Sakkara. We don't know exactly what happened, it seems that the guide that was with us in the pyramids gave the driver the wrong instructions before leaving us alone or the driver misunderstood his instructions or someone contacted him to change the route to another location. Finally we arrived by mistake of someone to Sakkara, where we met the group of people and the guide that were taking the afternoon tour, they were having their own nightmare as the guide who took them to that place didn't have the money to buy the tickets so they couldn't see anything and because our bus went wrongly to that place, there was a money to pay for the bus to be able to leave, as the guide didn't have any money, we had to collect money between ourselves to pay. Some of our colleagues contacted one of the organisers and he helped to try to find a solution. The group of 10 people including us should have been transferred back to our hotels within 30 minutes instead we reached them after more than six hours, during that time we didn't have any thing to drink or eat and there was an 80 years old lady in very bad shape. We lost all the afternoon, we couldn't take other tours we had programmed in English with other private guides and our plans for the new year's eve celebration were ruined as we couldn't arrive on time to the fire works at 7:30pm on the pyramids. This is clearly not the type of tour we were expecting, we didn't received the tour in English we paid for, we didn't receive a decent accommodation on the cruise and the chambollic events of Saturday afternoon indicated that Logitravel was completely unprepared and unorganised to deal with this tour, more than two months after we have not received any answer or apology to our complaint. As this company has not behave responsibly, we thought was important to warn other travellers through different reviews websites.

United Kingdom | 16 January 2023*UPDATE* It has been a month since I left my review & my complaint has finally been resolved so I am therefore providing this update & have revised my rating. It is regrettable that I had to leave negative comments in order to get redress & I still stand by the comments I made about communication. An apology & explanation would have been nice but as they have now rectified their mistake, I will give them another chance. Original review……. Very disappointed with Logitravel, their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. They made a mistake with our booking & refused to speak to me. Our confirmation booking clearly stated we had free car parking but when I tried to arrange it, our code was not accepted & after making several phone calls, I discovered Logitravel had made a mistake on our booking & we would have to pay for it ourselves. Whilst I appreciate it was a simple error, (but their mistake, not ours), it’s the way they handled it which caused me concern. Their customer service is appalling, they simply refuse to ring you or return your calls. Getting through on the phone is very difficult as they don’t answer & attempts to get through are terminated. The first chap I finally managed to speak to said he’d investigate but he wouldn’t ring me back, he’d email me instead, but then didn’t bother to. After five days of waiting & time running out, I spent ages ringing again & this time a chap checked our booking, confirmed we had free parking & attempted to book the parking on our behalf but failed & said there must be a problem. He too said he’d investigate & email back but I asked him to ring me instead …. he refused! He did email & I responded several times but they never replied & I haven’t heard anything from them since. I’ve never come across anything like this before, a company who is aware of a problem yet not prepared to ring & talk to customers. How can you sort/resolve issues if they won’t return your calls? This is very unprofessional, they made a mistake & weren’t even prepared to acknowledge it or offer an apology, never mind offer to pay (it was their mistake after all). Had they done so I would not be writing this negative review. This time it was a simple mistake but what if their next mistake was one which had serious consequences resulting in a huge financial loss, loss of holiday or both? That is a risk we are not prepared to take so won’t be booking with them again. It seems to me that once they’ve got your money they are not interested so I’ll probably check their online price then ask a reputable, trustworthy company who values my custom to price match.
