Iris is fabulous at her job. This year I booked 2 cruise holidays with her and received great service both times. She took time to understand what I was looking for in my holiday and found something which ticked all the boxes. We were able to submit our requests for vegetarian meals and a cot for our 8 months old. Everything went so smoothly. She was available to speak every time and replied to my emails promptly. Booking was quick, however international communication via email is very impersonal, since there is no "person" to name. I missed the personal touch.
