I have tried three different times to call and I have sent three different emails regarding my orders. Finally received any email saying my package was delivered and it never was. If you are going to continue to use the virus as an excuse to why things are not shipping, then shut your business down until you can get it right. Otherwise you will continue to receive bad reviews about how you conduct business.

I have emailed them twice and tried to live chat twice. This is my last attempt before I dispute the charge with Citicard. If you are reading this my order number is W-880778. I wouldn’t order anything else from this outfit. Their customer service is lower than the scum on the bottom of a sewage lagoon. Judging by the other negative reviews, I’m not alone in the getting screwed department.

On June 9th, 2020, I hadn't received an email confirmation that my order had shipped, so I called & was instructed by an automated system to send an email to sales@tackledirect so I did so. On June 19, 2020, since I hadn't received a reply I sent a 2nd email. Due to no reply, on June 23, 2020, I sent a third email.
