United States | 11 June 2020I ordered a Minn Kota trolling motor on 05/28/20. When I ordered it their website said 10+ available. The item was paid for the same day and I received an email 45 minutes later stating that it was out of stock. I tried calling but they're not taking calls So I sent an email to sales@tackledirect. I asked that they cancel the order so I could buy from another vendor that has them in stock. I waited a week, got no response and my order is still pending review. So I wrote another email, again asking for the order to be cancelled. I have waited another week and still have not heard anything back and my order is still pending review. It is now starting the third week and now the item is "Unavailable" yet my order is still "Pending Review" and I still have received no response to my emails. I don't think I've ever dealt with a company with this level of customer service. They've got my money and that is all they care about. I am disputing the charge now. Who knows how long it will take to get my money back and being on social security I can't afford to buy from anyone else because they have my money.

United States | 11 June 2020Same delay problem. Ordered my reel on April 27, 2020 and got 1 email a month later (May 29th) asking if I had received my order and if not please call. I called and recording said said an email. I emailed numerous times and nothing. Time to resolve this one way or another!!! No EXCUSE

United States | 11 June 2020I agree with all the reviews about placing an order online and then it taking a considerable length of time to deliver. I understand the issue due to the virus. But, why is there no communication updates as to order status. It took many emails to receive a response. Since then I have received all of my order except for my Penn spinning rod. Per Penn's official site, first rod was available June 1, then June 13, latest June 30. I placed my order about May 19. Still waiting.

United States | 09 June 2020I ordered a bait tank through Tackle Direct on June 2. I need to return it because it is not what I needed. I have tried to contact customer service through email numerous times on different days to get a return authorization. I have not gotten any response! They are not answering calls because of Covid 19 which is weird. I don't think the virus spreads through phone conversation. I cannot do business with folks like this. I guess I'll have to sell the tank on Ebay since I can't return it like their website claims. Very disappointed and will shop elsewhere in the future. I recommend you do the same.

United States | 09 June 2020Their phones say that they are only responding to emails, but the fact that I've sent three emails over the past three weeks with no response shows that's a lie. Can't even get estimated shipping times or tracking numbers. Will be issuing a charge back on my card soon, highly advise you don't use this company. Go brick and mortar or some other website that actually tries to provide customer service.

United States | 08 June 2020Since zero is not an option, they get an undeserved one. They have sources of communication but they're worthless.. don't respond to emails, on-line chat or phone calls. I'm 70 years old and this is absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with since I was 5 and had a nickel in my pocket to go to the corner store and buy a candy bar. The web site looks nice but to stay in business you actually have to communicate with your customers. I wish I would have looked at reviews before dealing with these people. There are numerous reviews citing TackleDirect's inability to ship products or communicate with their customers. It's like the owners and employees are all in the back room smoking dope and forgot they were running a business. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CLOWN SHOW.
