Calls to Tackle Direct go to a voice mail. Numerous emails are ignored. Cannot get a status. Now I just want my money back, I'll go to a brick and mortar store to purchase.

United States | 03 June 2020Maybe its a Covid thing but this 5 Star company has tanked hard these past few months, I trusted them to right there ship and gave them time to fix things as they have been great in the past; but until they can reestablish themselves as something remotely competent I will shop locally at a premium or use reliable online dealers. They have held my money hostage, refused to ship items ordered, cancelled items randomly and will not take calls anymore.
